I started making this hot sauce for my friends and family after returning from a trip to the islands.  Unable to find anything back home like the traditional scotch bonnet relish that was served there, I created KOEBERT'S ORIGINAL SCOTCH BONNET SPICE. Other hot sauces on the market are all heat without any of the flavor. My hot sauce is as close as it gets to the islands.

Scotch Bonnet Spice is unlike any other hot sauce on the market.  Use it as a marinade or straight.  It is great on everything from eggs, rice, beef, chicken, pork, seafood and even burgers and sandwiches!
